Cultivate expertise in every aspect of food service and restaurant operations with this Hospitality Management microcredential! You will gain essential skills in food service, planning and safety, employee engagement and personnel, even restaurant operation and purchasing. For those who do not yet have it, you can also earn the ServSafe Food Handler industry certification accredited by the National Restaurant Association through this microcredential. Successful completion prepares you to apply for entry-level management positions across all types of restaurants and food businesses and across the hospitality industry. Note that through a special partnership, eligible McDonald's employees may earn advanced standing with this microcredential.
