This Leadership Coaching Certification microcredential provides today's business and organizational managers, leaders, and existing coaches with the essential skills needed to be effective external or internal coaches, helping them better manage and develop employees and create a culture of leadership and growth. You will gain both foundational and advanced skills in assessment and feedback, identifying strengths that should be cultivated as well as gaps that need to be addressed. You will learn how to ask powerful questions that create insight, foster reflection and learning, and create accountability and ownership. Importantly, you will gain real-world coaching experience under the supervision of program facilitators. This program is intended for senior executive professionals with at least 10 years of management experience.
