You will understand front office operations, learn the phases of staffing, planning, and organizing for housekeeping and property management; and learn key skills for convention and event services. Students gain practical knowledge of guest relations, property upkeep, and the coordination of meetings and conventions, providing a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations. Successful completion of this microcredential readies all for continued study and prepares those new to the field to apply for entry level roles such as desk agent, housekeeping supervisor, event coordinator or guest services attendant.
