This Supply Chain Management microcredential provides you with foundational knowledge and in-demand skills surrounding all facets of the supply chain. You will learn how organizations design, manage, evaluate, and improve supply chains while building your analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding how to manage distribution and transportation networks, planning and coordination, sourcing, inventory management, and forecasting. You will study the principles of constraint management and coordinating forecasting; aligning projection of need with operational planning. Successful completion of this microcredential readies you to continue your education and also to immediately apply for entry- to -mid-level positions in logistics or inventory management.
