This unique Personal Trainer microcredential is designed to put you right to work! You will gain essential skills for a career or side business in personal training by preparing for and earning your globally recognized industry certification from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Upon passing the ISSA Certified Personal Trainer exam in the first course of this microcredential, you will then have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working with volunteer clients from your community in a training capacity. Successful completion of this microcredential readies you to immediately apply for personal trainer positions.
