Leadership Accelerator
What you'll learn
This Leadership Accelerator microcredential is designed to prepare mid-career managers and directors (5 to 15 years experience) to advance to greater levels of responsibility and scope. The Accelerator is highly interactive, comprised of structured education, leadership coaching, peer learning, development of a Personal Leadership Development Plan, and design and execution of a personalized Action Learning Project. You will develop in-demand skills needed to effectively lead across your organization and develop a greater capacity for strategic decision-making, enabling you to think faster and more creatively. Successful completion of this micro-credential provides specialized skills needed for existing managers to keep pace or advance, driving meaningful impact within complex organizational environments.
