This Food and Beverage microcredential equips you with essential skills for success in the industry! Gain national ServeSafe certification in safe alcohol service from the National Restaurant Association to recognize your essential skills in bartending, cocktail recipe development, and dining and beverage service standards. These skills open doors to diverse career paths, from traditional hospitality to operations, management, and beyond. Hybrid course formats are available for those requiring a more flexible schedule. This microcredential was developed in partnership with Coltivare. Successful completion of this microcredential prepares you for continued study and to immediately apply for positions as bartender, shift manager, food service assistant, beverage room bartender, as well as for consideration for management training programs in restaurants and hospitality organizations.
