This Construction Estimating Microcredential provides you with advanced skills in project estimating used to win bids. You will begin with a focus on materials and process, so that you understand the sustainability, and time constraints, related to different construction materials and methods. You will develop a broad understanding of building methods combined with commonly used estimating concepts and practices, including digital, take-off, deriving costs, and database estimating. Successful completion of this microcredential prepares you for continued study and readies those currently in the field to apply for supervisory or estimator positions.
