Designed for current technicians seeking specialized skills to keep pace or advance, you will gain hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechatronic automation systems to ensure peak performance and reliability. You will build essential skills in automation, electrical networks, digital logic, mechanical systems, programmable logic controllers and more. Mechatronics technicians are vital in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, and many more where complex automated systems are essential. Note that this microcredential can run in an accelerated format with students completing four courses in eight weeks, attending classes four days a week, 8 hours per day. Successful completion of this microcredential prepares you for continued study and prepares current manufacturing technicians for advancement.
