Build your career through sales! This Customer Sales and Service microcredential aligns with the National Retail Federation's (NRF) Rise Up curriculum, which provides certification to successful candidates who complete its courses. RISE Up is the NRF Foundation training and credentialing program that provides essential skills to help people land jobs and get promoted in retail, hospitality and beyond. The curriculum and exams are industry-recognized. This type of training has been requested by a wide range of employers who have customer-facing positions, from banking to hospitality. Participants who successfully complete this non-credit training will earn a certificate in Retail Industry Fundamentals and an industry certification in Customer Service and Sales.
