The 2021 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) allows eligible PEF-represented employees to exchange previously accrued annual leave (vacation) for a credit to be applied toward their employee share of NYS Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) premiums on a biweekly basis. In no case can the credit available under the program be applied to the employer share of NYSHIP premiums.
2021 PEP will be available on a prorated basis, effective July 1, 2021.
The 2021 PEP enrollment period for PEF-represented employees will be from Monday, September 13, 2021 through Friday, October 1, 2021.
