Work-Life Services
NYS Work-Life Services - negotiated benefits programs for Executive Branch employees, designed to increase employee productivity and morale by improving the quality of work and life for employees
- Employee Assistance Program - provides confidential information, assessment, and referral services to NYS employees, their families, and retirees for a wide range of issues including work, family, finances, health & well-being, mental health, addiction, and stress; EAP coordinator contacts are available here, or via (800) 822-0244 (24/7)
- Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) - offers ways to pay for dependent care and health care expenses with pre-tax dollars
- Childcare Centers - worksite childcare centers hosted by agencies across New York State to provide convenient, quality care at affordable rates for children of New York State employees
- Pre-Retirement Planning Information - information available in videos and publications online, as well as via live seminars
- NYS-Ride - allows employees to save money on a monthly basis on eligible public transportation expenses through pre-tax payroll deductions
- WellNYS Everyday - short-term and long-term tips to be well and stay well
