Shannon Gillespie is a Staff Associate for SUNY’s Got Your Back. She has a background in volunteer management, co-curricular community engagement, and experiential service-learning in higher education. She also has experience in supporting LGBTQ+ students on college campuses. Shannon received her Master of Science in Higher Education Policy & Students Affairs in 2019 and her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Philosophy in 2017 from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Donavon King received both his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, and Master of Arts in Human-Computer Interaction from SUNY Oswego. Aside from his background in traditional and digital media, he focuses on developing innovative and efficient business operation systems through various usability standards and research methods.
Phil Potter currently serves as a Staff Associate within the SUNY's Got Your Back program. Prior to joining SUNY, he worked in print media and business development in New York City. Phil received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Spanish from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2015.
Thomas Schlinck is a Staff Associate for SUNY’s Got Your Back. He has experience working in student engagement, homeless services, and working with children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Before joining SUNY’s Got Your Back, Thomas worked as a Student Engagement Coordinator at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY and spent a post-graduate year of service at the St. Francis Inn soup kitchen in Philadelphia, PA. Thomas graduated from Siena College in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in History.
