TerminalFour CMS

Overview:
SUNY TerminalFour (T4) is a Content Management System that allows for SUNY Employees to update specfic pages within SUNY.edu, System.SUNY.edu and the Research Foundation websites. The content managers have the ability to create and modify pages, upload files and edit images for their respecitve sites.

Qualifications for Content Managers:

• Basic Computer Skills, including:
  • Familiarity with Web browsing
  • Understanding of file systems
  • Ability to use Word (or similar software)
• Ability to abide by the SUNY Web Standards

Training materials are available online through the TerminalFour Community Forum or you can access this information from the TerminalFour tool on the "Help" link found in the system navigation.

Please note, you will have to be logged into the T4 community to access this information.
