SUNY Blue
SUNY Blue is the new, centralized place for SUNY staff to connect, communicate, and collaborate on a daily basis. With this Intranet, we will share documents, work on projects together, and automate much of our existing paper-based manual workflow. SUNY Blue is built on Microsoft SharePoint, and includes many features.
SUNY CS
The SUNY Collaboration Service (SUNY CS) is a pre-formatted Wiki web service that provides the users with the ability to securely archive, share, and communicate pages, documents, and rich content with an identified group, committee or project team. This service, although secured, is easily accessible from anywhere there is an internet connection and contains an easy to use basic editor.
SUNY PP
SUNY University-wide Policies & Procedures library contains University-wide policies, procedures and related forms. Content is the responsibility of the department listed as "Responsible Office" on the first page of each policy and procedure.
SUNY CMS (OmniUpdate and TerminalFour)
The SUNY Content Management System is an online tool that enables SUNY employees to communicate crucial and valuable online information to targeted audiences as well as the public at large. The SUNY CMS online tool is user-friendly and allows content managers to create and modify pages, upload files, and edit images for their web sites. It has the capacity to include virtually any type of content: Web pages, Word documents, PDF documents, spreadsheets, presentations, text files, images, and even videos. Thanks to the SUNY CMS, information and resources that were previously difficult to share online are now easily shared.
