Starting a Campus-based Retiree Organization

One of the goals of the SUNY Retirees Service Corps (RSC) is to assist retirees and campuses in starting their own retiree organization. These campus-based entities can provide a range of services, but are usually focused on social and learning activities. This page contains a variety of resources to help initiate the creation of a such an organization.

Association of Retirement Organizations in Higher Education

The SUNY Retirees Service Corps is a member of the Association of Retirement Organizations in Higher Education (AROHE). AROHE is a non-profit network of higher education institutions that educate, serve, and advocate on behalf of retired faculty members and staff of higher educational institutions.
