• VICE PRESIDENT serves as second-in-charge of all campus programs at four-year and two-year campuses.
• Aids the President by relieving him of much of the day-to-day management and supervision of the campus and its relations with SUNY System Administration and others;
• coordinates and supervises academic, student affairs, finance and management, research, and community and public relations programs of the campus;
• aids the President in regionalization efforts with adjacent private and public institutions;
• chairs many campus committees for the President;
• serves as acting President when the President so designates.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctorate and a substantial number of years of faculty and academic administrative and managerial experience of a high- level nature.
