The current SUNY System-wide Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) for VMware was established via the VMware OGS contract Agreement PM67310 expiring 11/29/2026. The term of the ELA is 2/1/2025 through 11/29/2027 as SUNY was allowed to go 12 months past the current contract expiration of 2026. The agreement is for 34 months, 2/1/2025 through 11/29/2027. It was established as a centralized payment model with the license fees being billed annually by SUNY System Administration as part of each Institution's Consolidated Annual Billings. The winning reseller assigned is DTG, LLC. |
