Dr. Daniels-Osaze is the Associate Dean for Education and a Clinical Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. She focuses on diversifying health professions and reducing healthcare disparities. She has secured over $12 million in grants and leads several programs aimed at enhancing diversity in healthcare, including the Downstate Public Health Scholarship Program and Health Careers Opportunity Program. She holds degrees in Linguistics, Higher Education Administration, Public Health, and Education. Dr. Daniels-Osaze is also dedicated to international education and healthcare, serving as Queen Mother of Moree, Ghana. She has authored works on healthcare in Ghana and is a past president of the National Association of Medical Minority Educators. She has received several prestigious awards for her contributions to education and public health.

Dr. Nadine D. Hylton is the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning at Nassau Community College. Before joining Nassau, she held roles in institutional research, assessment, strategic planning, and program evaluation at both public and private institutions, including mid-sized regional colleges and large R1 universities. Additionally, Dr. Hylton has experience in public health planning in upstate New York. Her expertise lies in applying contemporary and equitable social science research methodologies to address organizational challenges and develop sustainable solutions. Dr. Hylton earned her PhD in Education Policy from the University of Rochester's Margaret Warner School of Education and Human Development and holds both a BA and MA in Forensic Psychology from the City University of New York's John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Jacqueline Jenkins is the Acting Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Innovation at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), a role she has held since 2018. She has led strategic initiatives, including engaging over 500 community members in discussions about innovation and inclusion, and overseeing the development of FIT's Center for Innovative Research at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Additionally, she leads FIT's Center for Continuing and Professional Studies, achieving significant growth in enrollment and revenue.

Before FIT, Jacqueline served as Dean of Graduate Studies at LIM College, where she developed graduate programs and led the Global Fashion Supply Chain Management degree. She also held executive roles at the University of Pennsylvania Energy Efficiency Buildings Hub and Milligan & Co., and worked at Ann Taylor, Inc. and Black Cyberspace Inc.

Jacqueline is an active board member and advisor, serving on the boards of several organizations, including the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. She earned a BA in Economics from Spelman College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. Jacqueline is also the founder of Sophisticated Curation and the author of Your Style Dossier.

Likkia Moody has been the Director of the Newburgh campus at SUNY Orange since 2017, where she oversees daily operations, supports academic and administrative services, and contributes to long-term planning. She began at SUNY Orange in 2012 as Director of Student Services, enhancing student support by developing one-stop centers and streamlining processes. Likkia serves on various committees, including Institutional Diversity and Equity and Planning & Budgeting for Institutional Effectiveness, and is the institutional representative for the New York ACE Women's Network. She is also a board member of Safe Harbors on the Hudson. A Poughkeepsie native, Likkia has held positions at Marist College, The Sage Colleges, and East Carolina University, where she also taught a course on Student Development and Learning. She holds a bachelor's degree in biopsychology from Russell Sage College and a master's degree in school psychology from Marist College.

Rendesia Scott, originally from the Brownsville projects in Brooklyn, New York, was instilled with a strong emphasis on the importance of education from an early age by her grandfather, Richard Waymer. As the first grandchild in her family to attend and graduate from college, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and later a Master of Science in Education from SUNY New Paltz.

Since 1998, Rendesia has dedicated her career to student services at SUNY New Paltz, starting as an advisor and progressing to Director of the Center for Business Advising, where she significantly improved retention and graduation rates. She is also an advocate for student development through personalized advisement and proactive initiatives.

Outside of her campus work, Rendesia is an active leader in various organizations. She serves as Vice President of Professionals for UUP, is a Task Force member for the Scholars Mentorship Program, and is the Faculty Advisor for the Business Association for Students of Color. In the community, she has been a two-term president of the Mid-Hudson Valley National Pan-Hellenic Council, where she founded a 501(c)(3) organization to support youth programs. She is also a board member for Community Foundations – Hudson Valley and is being considered for the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Newburgh. A member of several organizations, including Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., the N.A.A.C.P., and On PAR, Rendesia remains deeply committed to promoting equity and opportunity.

Jeremy Toulon is a seasoned higher education professional with a strong focus on student success, equity, and access. He holds a Bachelor's in Africana Studies and a master's in social work from Binghamton University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on Higher Education at Georgia Southern University.

Jeremy's career began as a STEM Academic Counselor for TRIO Student Support Services, where he supported low-income and first-generation students. He has since held various roles at non-profit organizations, two-year colleges, and research universities, including Assistant Director of Advising Services at the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Consultant at the National Institute for Student Success.

Currently, Jeremy leads the Student Transition and Success department at Binghamton University, where he drives initiatives to improve student retention, engagement, and academic success. He is recognized for his innovative leadership and commitment to empowering students to excel both academically and personally.

Dr. Dionne Walker-Belgrave is an accomplished educator, administrator, and diversity consultant with over 30 years of experience in both corporate and higher education sectors. A native Long Islander, she holds an A.S. in Business Administration, a B.S. from SUNY New Paltz, an M.B.A. in Finance, and an Ed.D. in Educational Administration. Dr. Walker-Belgrave is a pioneer in diversity and inclusion, having earned certifications such as the Cornell Certified Diversity Professional (CCDP), Advanced Diversity Practitioner (CCDP/AP), and several other prestigious credentials.

Currently, she serves at Suffolk County Community College as the Affirmative Action Officer, Deputy to the Chief Diversity Officer, and Deputy Title IX Coordinator. In this role, she leads initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination efforts. Dr. Walker-Belgrave has held various leadership positions, including Assistant Dean of Students, Director of Affirmative Action, and Education and Diversity Consultant.

A fierce advocate for underrepresented communities, Dr. Walker-Belgrave focuses on educational access, social justice, and bias prevention. She is a sought-after speaker and has received numerous awards for her leadership. She is actively involved in organizations such as the NAACP, Suffolk County Anti-Bias Task Force, and the Suffolk County Human Rights Commission. Through her work, Dr. Walker-Belgrave remains committed to empowering future generations to succeed.

Angela Wambugu Cobb is a seasoned fundraising executive with over 20 years of experience in higher education, social justice, international human rights, health, and social service organizations. She is a strategic planner, fundraiser, and advocate for women and marginalized individuals.

In 2022, Ms. Wambugu Cobb was appointed Vice President for Institutional Advancement at SUNY Old Westbury, where she oversees alumni relations, fundraising, community engagement, and program development. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Old Westbury College Foundation, leading efforts to support student success, faculty and staff research, facility enhancements, and community partnerships. She collaborates with a Board of Trustees to broaden partnerships for the university's stakeholders.

Before joining SUNY Old Westbury, Ms. Wambugu Cobb held executive roles at the City University of New York (CUNY), including Assistant Vice President for Development at Bronx Community College and Director of Development at LaGuardia Community College. She managed alumni relations, grants, and fundraising efforts for scholarships, social justice initiatives, and faculty research. She also worked with college Foundation Boards and developed leadership and diversity education programs for students.

Ms. Wambugu Cobb has also served at Amnesty International USA, St. John's University, and the National Hemophilia Foundation. She holds a Master of Arts in Urban Studies from CUNY–Queens College and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from St. John's University.
