SUNY Canton's Center for Workforce, Community & Industry Partnerships is partnering with the Adirondack North Country Association to provide clean energy trainings and low-cost STEM summer day camps. This course is for homeowners, contractors, appraisers, inspectors, HVAC professionals and construction specialists. This program is funded by NYSERDA.
Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) and the New York Power Authority (NYPA) have partnered to launch a workforce training initiative, funded by a $105,000 Electrify America grant. This collaboration will create workshops to train educators across New York on electric vehicle (EV) technology, preparing students for careers in the EV industry.
