"Today I was proud to join Police Benevolent Association of New York State President Ryan Law, Senator Michelle Hinchey, DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos, Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan, and other local officials and law enforcement to distribute donated PPE to a vaccination site in Kingston. From the outset of this pandemic, SUNY's partnership with the PBA has been invaluable. They have provided critical aid and assistance across our campuses throughout COVID and worked closely with our office to expand mandatory campus testing. This week’s donation of more than $90,000 in PPE to vaccination sites across New York State is yet another example of their unrelenting leadership and community stewardship. We thank them for all they do for SUNY and the broader New York State community."
