New York has a rich array of college providers offering in person college degree programming in over 30 of the 50 correctional facilities in the state. With a mix of private and public institutions working collaboratively to serve over 1600 incarcerated students, New York has a deep and diverse community ready to work collaboratively to serve more incarcerated New Yorkers.
