Statement by SUNY Board Chairman H. Carl McCall and Chancellor Kristina M. Johnson

"Since learning of the heartbreaking death of a Binghamton University student, we have been overcome with grief and shock. We join the campus in trying to comprehend what led to this tragic end. Out of respect for the family of the victim, we honor their request for privacy. They are in our thoughts, as are the people of Binghamton University."
