This session explores the rapidly shifting "rabbit hole" of New York state and federal AI laws as they stand in early 2026. We move from federal executive orders, judicial orders to the landmark state legislation that is reshaping the "Empire State" of tech. The session will also discuss how AI applications impact the scope of GDPR, California's CCPA, and other major data privacy and security statutes and guidance. Speakers will also discuss the NIST and NY DFS governance expectations road mapping their published guidance.
