Subject:	Notice of Special Audit Committee Meeting 


	Please be advised that a special meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees will be held today, May 25, 2011 at 4:30 pm to discuss potential service to be provided by a CPA firm.

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Committee will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
