This is to confirm Chair Stephen J. Hunt�s call for a meeting of the Board of Trustees Audit Committee at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2010 in the following location:

	New York City:	College of Optometry
			33 West 42nd Street
			12th Floor Conference Room

The following items will be discussed:

* PricewaterhouseCoopers� Report on 2009-10 University Financial Statements
* SUNY Report on 2009-10 University Financial Statements
* SUNY Report on 2009 Hospitals� Financial Statements
* Executive Session

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Committee will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, as follows:

* Discussions regarding proposed, pending or current litigation;

* the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.

Enclosed are the minutes from the September 14, 2010 meeting of the Committee, and additional material for the meeting.

The Committee meeting will be web cast over the Internet.  Instructions for accessing the web cast will be available the morning of October 28, 2010 at www.suny.edu.
