This is to confirm Committee Chair H. Carl McCall�s call for a meeting of the
Board of Trustees Finance and Administration Committee, at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday,

It is anticipated that the Chairman of the Committee will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, as follows:
* discussions regarding proposed, pending or current litigation;
* the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation; and
* the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of property or the proposed acquisition of securities, or sale or exchange of securities held by such public body.

The Committee meeting will be web cast over the Internet.  Instructions for accessing the web cast will be available the morning of June 29, 2010 at www.suny.edu.
