This is to confirm a meeting of the Board of Trustees� Charter Schools Committee at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2010, via videoconference from the following locations:

The following items will be discussed: 

Proposed Committee Resolutions
Pursuant to the State University Trustees� Resolution No. 2008-81 dated May 13, 2008, discussion of items for which the Charter Schools Committee may make the final determination: 

* Consideration of Approval of a Revision of the Charter of the Achievement First Brownsville Charter School (Brooklyn)

* Revision of the Charter of the Leadership Preparatory 3 Charter School (Brooklyn)

* Revision of the Charter of Harlem Success Academy Charter School 3 (Manhattan)


General Update

* General update on Institute activity including review of new application process per amended statute


It is anticipated that the Committee Chair will call for a motion to convene an Executive Session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law:  

* Proposed, pending or current litigation.
