Mrs. Stafford is a successful entrepreneur and business developer with more than 20 years of experience in advancing, directing, and promoting CMA. As CEO, she has executed a solid business plan. Her efforts have positioned CMA as one of the leading IT consulting and systems integration firms in the Northeast, increasing revenue from $300k to more than $36 million.
Under Mrs. Stafford's leadership, CMA created the first Oracle Authorized Education Center in the Capital Region, as well as a nationally recognized, award-winning Health and Human Services Practice. In addition, she has successfully negotiated the acquisition of several firms, expanding CMA's core competencies and strengthening CMA's position in the IT industry.
As a direct result of CMA's continued growth, Mrs. Stafford purchased new property and relocated CMA's corporate headquarters to a spacious 15,000 square-foot facility in Latham, New York. This move, coupled with the creation and implementation of a technology infrastructure upgrade plan for the corporate headquarters and satellite offices, represents a multi-million dollar investment in CMA's future.
Mrs. Stafford currently serves on the Board of Directors for several public and private organizations to help provide community service, and foster growth and quality care among these organizations.
