SUNY Retirees Network Volunteer Matching Service: Organization Eligibility

The following organizations are eligible and encouraged to join the SUNY Retirees Network Volunteer Matching Service community: 

  1. State University of New York (SUNY) campuses and organizations
  2. Educational institutions including public and private schools (K-12 and post-secondary)
  3. Local, state and federal government entities
  4. Social Service agencies
  5. Non- and for-profit hospices, hospitals, long-term care facilities
  6. Organizations with 501(c) tax exempt status
  7. Organizations that have applied for, and are waiting for approval, of their 501(c) tax-exempt status.
  8. Organizations with state-level tax exemption
  9. Organizations fiscally sponsored by another organization with 501(c) status
