SUNY Canton

At SUNY Canton, students receive a career-driven education in a small, friendly and beautiful environment.

Students learn from professionals in their fields, so they may find themselves assisting a veterinarian, working in a health clinic or investigating a crime scene.

Most of the college's four-year programs integrate credit-bearing on-the-job internships, giving students a professional advantage when they enter their careers.

Ten academic majors are available completely online, for a convenient educational option. Many individual general education courses are also available online.

The campus spans acres of countryside and borders the historic Grasse River, lending itself to scenic views and plenty of room for outdoor activities. Many students enjoy the beautiful walk over the college's two footbridges spanning the Grasse River to explore downtown Canton.

The Adirondacks, the Thousand Islands, Ottawa and Montreal are all popular day trips.
