1 Exceptions may be made, on a case-by-case basis for programs with a small number of students (less than 40) or very limited services.
2 Counseling lines remaining vacant may be subject to re-distribution.
3 It is necessary to specifically establish and document that independent students who are to be accepted into the Educational Opportunity Program are from disadvantaged backgrounds.
4 GED, Armed Forces diploma or identifiable level of knowledge required for acceptance
5 The responsibility for documenting eligibility at the time of first entry rests with the transfer applicant, who must submit information regarding income and academic profile pertaining to that time.
