Baltimore, MD – State University of New York Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher on Monday will participate in a panel discussion moderated by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan on “Serving Students and Accelerating Innovation: A Vision for the Future of Higher Education.”
