SUNY & CUNY To Celebrate Undergraduate Student Research In Albany

Albany – Undergraduate students from State University of New York and City University of New York campuses across the state will showcase their research at the Legislative Office Building Tuesday in Albany. Students from 47 SUNY and CUNY colleges will present more than 100 poster displays highlighting their research in a range of academic disciplines.
The event, Innovative Exploration Forum, is OPEN PRESS and will be held as follows:

A formal program will begin at 1 p.m. and include remarks from SUNY Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher, SUNY Board Chairman H. Carl McCall, SUNY University Faculty Senate President Peter Knuepfer, CUNY Senior Vice Chancellor for University Relations and Secretary of the Board of Trustees Jay Hershenson, CUNY Vice Chancellor for Research Gillian Small, and the chair of CUNY’s University Faculty Senate, Terrence Martell.
