Chancellor Zimpher To Recognize Master Teachers At Statewide Conference

Albany – State University of New York Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher today will host a recognition ceremony at the first statewide conference of New York State Master Teachers. More than 300 teachers have been selected for the Master Teacher program since it was first announced by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo last year.

Chancellor Zimpher’s remarks, which will follow a full day of teacher-led professional development workshops where program participants will discuss their experience and share best practices, will be held as follows:
