Queen Mary is one of the largest colleges of the University of London, and one of only a few campus universities in central London. For Queen Mary students this means that the area where you live can also be the environment within which you learn. Aside from the University itself, a major benefit of studying at Queen Mary is the liveliness and friendliness of the East End, it is an area where many people choose to live once they've graduated. Participants at Queen Mary College will have the opportunity to enroll in regular university classes and, prior to departure, students will select three courses per semester from those available to study abroad students. All instruction is by Queen Mary College faculty. Fields of study include liberal arts and social sciences. Typically, fall semester runs from early September to mid-December and spring from January to June. Two sessions are offered, lasting three weeks each, four credits per session offering you the opportunity to stay in London for three or six weeks. Academic pathways include areas such as Liberal Arts and Sciences, International Business and Media, Arts and Design. Liberal Arts and Sciences Classes: Designed to enable participants to earn four credits in a wide variety of modules in the liberal arts and sciences, which have proved stimulating and enjoyable for students over the past years. London Media, Arts and Design: Designed to enable participants to earn four credits in a broad range of modules in media, arts and design. To help you get the full value from your time in London, some Media, Arts and Design classes will be taught at the state-of-the-art Harrow site. London International Business: Designed to enable participants to earn four credits in a cross-section of business areas highly releval to the demands of working in today's global business world.

In addition to a limited number of exchange slots, this program offers a study abroad option that is not restricted by the number of British students coming to Buffalo. Based at seven campuses, this University offers over 400 majors, many of which contain some form of practical experience.
