Located in the heart of London, this spring semester program emphasizes British culture, literature, drama, history, and art. Organized weekend excursions and evenings at the London theatre are integral to the program. Binghamton faculty teach on the program, and courses are designed to bring students out of the classroom and into the neighborhoods, museums, and theatres of London. Long weekends and a spring break provide opportunities for individual travel and exploration. Students live in flats in central London and take courses in a classroom building around the corner from the British Museum

City University adopted its name to reflect its location on the edge of London's financial district. City University is a unique combination of professional and arts education, situated in an area that allows for professional development and personal fulfillment. Students enroll directly into regular university classes at City University. Prior to departure, participants select three or four courses from the modules available to study abroad students at CU. All instruction is by City University faculty. Typically, the fall semester runs from early September to December and spring from early February to June. Westminster has always been an international institution, receiving students from all over the world. Two primary attractions to Westminster have been its historical role as a leader in innovation and its location in central London. Participants will attend the same classes, live in the same housing, and participate in the same social, cultural, athletic, and academic extracurricular activities as their British counterparts in central London. Fields of study include art and design, business, bio-sciences, history, humanities, languages, law, literature, music, and social sciences. All instruction is by U of W faculty. Housing is in university-owned residence halls. Part-time internships are available. Typically, fall semester runs from early September to mid-December and spring from January to late May. The summer session program is designed to enable participants to earn four-eight credits in a wide variety of liberal arts, humanities and social science courses and disciplines during a three-six week summer school session (students choose to do one or two sessions) conducted by the University of Westminster in the center of the British capital. Housing is in University-owned accommodations.
