Business in Europe

Locations:  Belgium (Brussels), France (Normandy), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Spain (Barcelona)

Participants will have the unique opportunity to appreciate the complexity of the European scene, both from a Northern and Southern European perspective. Visits scheduled as part of the program include the European Parliament, US Mission, American Chamber of Commerce, US and Australian Embassies. Visits to local firms in most locations will also be organized.

North Netherlands Conservatoire Exchange

This Program allows Purchase Conservatory of Music students (Jazz) the opportunity to study in a Dutch conservatory which features a renowned international faculty and many master class opportunities. Programs are tailored to student needs and instruments. Individual and ensemble instruction are part of the program, as well as frequent performance opportunities.

HAN University of Applied Sciences

Locations:  Netherlands (Arnhem, Nijmegen)

University at Albany's exchange program with HAN University of Applied Sciences offers coursework in a variety of disciplines. Both cities, Arnhem and Nijmegen are exciting places to study located about an hour and a half from Amsterdam. This program with HAN offers courses taught in English in Education,Sociology,Business Logistics and Management, Communication, Education, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Quality Management, International Business and Management Studies. By special arrangement participants may also have an opportunity to teach English in the secondary schools of Nijmegen.
