With both state and federal courts now require e-filing and electronic discovery, those with the requisite skills are in demand! In this microcourse, you will gain knowledge and experience in the electronic presentation of legal materials, understand proper documentation and security measures regarding confidentiality and practice common responsibilities like billing and case management. You will become familiar with common eDiscovery software platforms including Clio, Concordance and Trial Director. Importantly, successful completion of this microcourse prepares you for continued study and to earn the E-Discovery Technology certification through the National Society for Legal Technology.
