The CGL Leadership Institute is open to all campus governance leaders, including student governance leaders, and we invite you to attend this event which is sponsored through the SUNY Voices initiative and hosted by the Faculty Council of Community Colleges, the University Faculty Senate, and the Student Assembly.

Both leaders recently elected and veteran leaders will benefit from this institute as we work together to discuss the nuts and bots of governance and campus leadership, challenges facing governance and our campuses, and strategies for working together to meet those challenges.  Even faculty and students who are interested in becoming governance leaders on their campuses will benefit from the institute and meeting with fellow faculty and student leaders.

The Program begins with Faculty on Thursday, June 7 at 10 am, with Student Presidents joining us mid-day.  The three governance leaders will end the day with a dinner honoring Mohawk Valley Community College this year's  recipients of the 2017-2018 Shared Governance Award.  On Friday, June 8th, students will continue with their Presidents Summit.
