PROCEDURES FOR USING SUNY CPD VENDOR PARTNERS

If you think your campus has "Training Points" to use:

• Contact the CPD or your Campus Points Contact to verify the amount of points available for use.
• The CPD will contact the vendor and enroll the student for the training.
• If your campus requires a dedicated class on-site, the SUNY CPD will assist in arranging it.
• The SUNY CPD will then confirm enrollment and/or a dedicated class with your Campus Points Contact.
• The vendor will bill the SUNY CPD.

If there are no Training Points available or your campus chooses not to use points:

• Call the vendor direct to set-up your training.
• The vendor will bill your campus direct.
