The SUNY Center for Professional Development (formerly SUNY Training Center) is conveniently located off NYS Thruway Exit 35 at Carrier Circle between the DoubleTree Hotel and Starbucks.

We are on the first floor at One Telergy Parkway, 6333 Route 298, East Syracuse, NY - in a modern glass building, known in Central New York Circles as "The Telergy Building." The sign in front reads "MAPE" and "CNA." Enter the building through the Main Entrance at the circle drive.

    FROM I-81 SOUTH (North of the Thruway):

    Take I-81 South to NYS Thruway (I-90) going east. Travel I-90 East to Exit 35 (East Syracuse & Route 298 East). Enter traffic circle and get off at Route 298 East. Take Route 298 East and turn left at the DoubleTree Hotel entrance. Take the first right-hand turn. Proceed around to the circle and the Main Entrance of the building. Park either in the back or front parking areas. Enter the building through the Main Entrance at the circle.

    FROM I-81 NORTH (South of Syracuse):

    Take I-81 North to I-481 North (Exit 16A). Travel 481 North to Exit 7 (Bridgeport Exit). Make a right onto Route 298 West. Go about 3 miles east on Route 298 and turn right at Starbucks. Take the second left-hand turn. Park either in this back parking area or drive around to the circle and the front parking areas. Enter the building through the Main Entrance at the circle.

    FROM I-90 (EAST OR WEST):

    Take I-90 Exit 35 (same exit traveling from East or West). Enter traffic circle and get off at Route 298 East. Take Route 298 East and turn left at the DoubleTree Hotel entrance. Take the first right-hand turn. Proceed around to the circle and the Main Entrance of the building. Park either in the back or front parking areas. Enter the building through the Main Entrance at the circle.

    FROM DOWNTOWN SYRACUSE:

    Take Route 690 East to Thompson Road North Exit (16N). Travel Thompson Road North 3 miles to Carrier Circle. Take Route 298 East and turn left at the DoubleTree Hotel entrance. Take the first right-hand turn. Proceed around to the circle and the Main Entrance of the building. Park either in the back or front parking areas. Enter the building through the Main Entrance at the circle.

    FROM HANCOCK INT'L AIRPORT (North of the Thruway):

    Exit the Airport on Col. Eileen Collins Blvd. Take I-81 South to NYS Thruway (I-90). Travel I-90 East to Exit 35 (East Syracuse & Route 298 East). Enter traffic circle and get off at Route 298 East. Take Route 298 East and turn left at the DoubleTree Hotel entrance. Take the first right-hand turn. Proceed around to the circle and the Main Entrance of the building. Park either in the back or front parking areas. Enter the building through the Main Entrance at the circle.

    FREE, FREE, FREE! Plenty of FREE parking is available at our new facility!

    Parking is available in the either the front of the building (around the circle drive) or in the back of the building (close to Starbucks). The Main Entrance to the building is in front at the circle.
