SUNY CPD Support for Academic Software Initiative

The SUNY Center for Professional Development (CPD) supports the SUNY Academic Software Initiative (ASI) working with campuses to arrange training for the following system-wide ASI technology software contracts:

• ESRI - GIS and Mapping Software. ArcGIS is an integrated collection of GIS software products for building and deploying a complete GIS wherever it is needed.

• Maple from Maplesoft. Maple is an all purpose mathematics software tool that provides an advanced, high performance mathematical computation engine fully integrating numerics and symbolics accessible from a WYSIWYG environment.

• Mathematica® from Wolfram. Mathematic® is a powerful mathematical software system that spans projects from simple calculator operations and educational dems to large-scale systems deployment and maximum-power supercomputing.

• Minitab^TM Statistical Software. Minitab^TM provides software and services for quality improvement and statistics education.
