two-day period of May 9 and 10, 2011, on the dates and at the times indicated
below. Members of the public are invited to attend.

With respect to the meetings of
the Board of Trustees and its Committees, it is anticipated that the Chairman
of the Board will call for a motion to convene an executive session, and
Committee Chairs may call for a motion to convene an executive session, under
provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
