SUNY Board of Trustees and Committees to Meet

Troy – The Board of Trustees of the State University of New York and its Committees will meet over the two-day period of May 9 and 10, 2011, on the dates and at the times indicated below. Members of the public are invited to attend.

 

The meetings will take place at:

Hudson Valley Community College
Bulmer Telecommunications Center
80 Vandenburgh Avenue
Troy, New York

Video conferencing will be available from the following location(s):

  • SUNY College of Optometry, 12th Floor Board Room, 33 West 42nd Street, New York, NY

 

With respect to the meetings of the Board of Trustees and its Committees, it is anticipated that the Chairman of the Board will call for a motion to convene an executive session, and Committee Chairs may call for a motion to convene an executive session, under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law.
