Evelyn Ganzglass

Ms. Evelyn Ganzglass co-directs Connecting Credentials, a national dialogue on building learning-based credentialing systems and is co-author of Connecting Credentials: A beta Credentials Framework. She is Senior Fellow at CLASP, a trusted resource, a creative architect for systems change, and one of the country’s most effective voices for low income people since 1969. She served as CLASP’s director of the Center for Postsecondary and Economic Success and Workforce Development program from 2005- 2013. Previously, she directed the USAID funded Global Workforce in Transition initiative and for more than 20 years, she led the NGA Center for Best Practices’ research and technical assistance activities to promote policy innovation in workforce development, youth development, social services, welfare reform, criminal justice and performance management.
