‌‌Higher education leaders stand united in the quest to expand access, ensure completion, and guarantee student success.  Yet, we continue to struggle with how to realign institutions around outcomes, broaden the scope of accountability, and begin working together toward achieving collective impact outside of the usual silos.

We need leaders who understand the science of change, systems that are change-oriented and more adaptive, a culture of data-informed decision making, and a renewed commitment to working together across sectors to scale up change.

This conference will explore large-scale change, the mechanics of change, and how to build the habits of the mind to begin working together across sectors to drive collective impact.
