The SUNY CPD's Conference Support Services could include any or all of the following:
Registration - Through our online system, we can accept and monitor registrations, provide you with up-to-date reports, and invoice participants.
CPD Points - The SUNY CPD can allow CPD Points as a method of payment for the event (use of our online registration services is required).
Advertising -
The SUNY CPD can utilize its Internal & External SUNY contacts to advertise via email.
Using our web-based email marketing application, we can create attractive, attention-getting email advertisements.
The SUNY CPD can include your event in the CPD Online Calendar.
The SUNY CPD can include a link on its website to your event's website.
Conference/Event Materials - Using our registration database, we can provide name badges, registration lists, and sign-in sheets.
Evaluations and Roll-Up - Evaluations can be created using our survey software, printed and/or posted online, collected and rolled-up to provide you with a concise summary report.
Past supported events include SUNY Brockport's Spring 2006 COCID on E-Portfolios and the SUNY Geneseo Teaching & Learning Spring 2006 and 2007 Conferences and Buffalo States Spring 2007 COCID on Training Science Faculty.
