Mr. David Hochman, Accelerated Technologies Partners

Mr. Hochman is Managing Partner of Accelerated Technologies Partners and President of Accelerated Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining ATP, Mr. Hochman was Managing Partner of Orchestra Partners, LLC, a venture consulting firm and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Spencer Trask Edison Partners, LLC (STEP), a principal investment partnership focused on early stage healthcare companies. From June 2000 to June 2006, he was Managing Director of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. during which time he was responsible for directing the firm’s venture banking services. Mr. Hochman has led financing transactions for over 20 early-stage companies, raising over $420 million in equity capital. Mr. Hochman currently serves as a director of Caliber Therapeutics, Inc., Vital Access Corp., Backbeat Medical, Inc., and Prescient Medical, Inc. Mr. Hochman was an advisor and observer to the board of Health Dialog Services Corporation, a world leader in collaborative care management that was acquired in 2008 by the British United Provident Association for $750 million. He was also a co-founder and director of PROLOR Biotech, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing longer-lasting versions approved therapeutic proteins such as Human Growth Hormone and Interferon-Beta, as well as a board advisor to Idera Phamaceuticals, a world leader in Toll-Like Receptor-based therapeutics.

Mr. Hochman currently serves as a director of the following nonprofit organizations: the Citizens Committee for New York City, the AIDS Action Foundation; and the Mollie Parnis Livingston Foundation. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.
