Office of Academic Program, Planning & Assessment

The resource center for the SUNY Academic Program Proposal Process is intended for SUNY faculty and administrators responsible for preparing program proposals for submission to System Administration. Among resources included here are:

Program Announcement and Letter of Intent Postings

To view the Program Announcements and Letters of Intent various campuses have filed with System Administration (both currently active and archived), please use the Document Retrieval System (DRS) at http://www.drs.suny.edu The DRS is a secure system limited to campus officials.

Academic Program Enterprise Systems (APES)

Campus officials may have access to System Administration's database of academic programs and associated proposals.  The APES database may be accessed here on the web: http://www.suny.edu/apes/views
