Shuttle Service/Parking

Registration will take place on Friday beginning at 12:00 noon on the Concourse of the Lecture Center on the Fountain (Ground) Level near the Performing Arts Center. Signs will be posted from the shuttle drop-off and the parking lots to guide you. Please note: Registration will move to the Campus Center Ballroom (2nd floor) at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 3 (this is also noted on the conference agenda).

Saturday registration will start at 8:00 a.m. on the Lecture Center Concourse (ground level) near the Performing Arts Center.

Shuttle service is available and will be running to/from the conference hotels [Courtyard Marriott, Cresthill Suites, Hilton Garden Inn] every 20-30 minutes as follows:

Friday, April 3
12:00 noon - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, April 4
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

There is no shuttle service on Sunday, April 5. If you drove to Albany for the conference, please drive to and park on campus on Sunday. For those who need taxi service on Saturday or Sunday to the airport or train station - Capitaland Taxi 518-456-8294.

There is free parking available on Friday in both campus Visitor's Lots P1 & P2. You will need to tell the parking lot attendant that you are there for the conference. Please note: both lots are several minutes walk to/from the various buildings being used for the conference so it is suggested that you utilize the shuttle service being provided. If you need Handicapped Parking we suggest that you park in Lot P1 or take the shuttle. We will have staff to assist you.

Parking is also free on Saturday and Sunday and you can park in any available space.
